Get Help

Sorry you’re having problems!

If you’re looking for help because you haven’t received TidBITS via email, that generally happens for one of two reasons:

  • Most commonly, an ISP’s spam filter erroneously marks the TidBITS issue as spam and rejects the message in such a way that our server marks your account as bouncing. To reduce the chances of missing future TidBITS issues due to over-eager spam filters, you may be able to whitelist the tidbits.com domain or work with your ISP’s tech support to train their spam filter not to catch TidBITS.
  • Less frequently, bounces can be caused by a transient delivery error to your address, perhaps related to a mailbox filling up, a domain name lookup failing, or other problem.

Regardless, for assistance figuring out what has gone wrong and restarting delivery, or for help with anything else related to TidBITS, contact our tech support expert, Lauri Reinhardt.
